Take a wheat flour in a bowl and add pinch of salt.
And add water and make a dough.
Put aside.
Take an another bowl add cauliflower, chopped green chili.
Add coriander powder, salt , red chili powder and anardana powder.
Mix well
Make a roti with a dough on rolling pin.
Put 1tbsp mixture on roti and roll over it.
Once again roll with the help of dry wheat flour.
Heat tava on a gas.
Put paratha on tava and apply butter or ghee.
Cook till turns crispy.
Serve hot with butter , chatney.
